Scott Curcio and his team were a perfect match when I decided to list my lakeview Condo that had been my home for 24 years. I was initially impressed by Scott’s knowledge of the lakeview market, his attention to detail, and how I had he had marketed similar properties. At our initial meeting, months before the sale of my condo, Scott used a calendar to map out a game plan. Scott and his team drummed up interest in my property with a video, photos, and description posted that was posted in MLS. An open house on both Saturday and Sunday the first week my home was on the market. There was a line in front of the building the morning of the first open house, and over the course to two days over 35 groups had toured my home! On Monday, I had multiple offers with one above asking! Scott and his team are problem solvers, and they worked diligently to ensure my deal happened. I would highly recommend Scott for his integrity, negotiating skills, and this high level of professionalism!
