Would give zero if I could. Contacted about viewing property they rent. Was told they only show it I'd you pay an application fee and apply first. Never heard of that anywhere. Extremely shady.

Horrid rental company. If you get lucky enough to have a peaceful building, congratulations. Any consistent problems will be met with laziness and no response from the landlord. Have lived 4 months with a neighbor breaking lease and making astronomical amounts of noise at all hours, and his only response is “call police”. Why have a written lease between the company and the renter if other renters are entirely responsible for the terms to be enforced? Dozens of complaints later, to no progress, will not be paying rent until something is resolved! Do not rent from this company, they only want your money without fulfilling their roles. Ridiculous.

Who wants to pay a rental company who does nothing but take your money? Not me! A landlord has certain (minimal) responsibilities as he collects your hard earned money each month. But this company seems to have forgotten even those! From breaking the lease, to ignored complaints, to a leaky balcony door, Schrof companies is your worst bet by far. Save yourself the trouble and check the next listing, these guys are not worth the trouble!
