Honestly baffled that this place has such high reviews. Getting this property management company to talk to me and help me with problems DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE HOUSE THAT THEY OWN!!! was truly like pulling teeth for a whole year.
They are HORRIBLE at communication and I have proof of how many times I had to ask for things before getting an answer. They also left a GIANT safety hazard HOLE in the ceiling that I asked to get fixed 3 times and they didn't come to fix it until a month after I moved out (6 months after the initial hole happened. In the ceiling. A giant one. Isn't that dangerous?). I feel like in my 12 months of living in my apartment I was dealing with a company of people who were thrown in front if a computer and told to just guess at everything they were supposed to be doing. Goodbye Satsuma. You. Were not great.

These people are outright thieves. They had me pay a previous tenant directly while taking months to do an inspection. They sent some kid over who looked around for 5 minutes and said it looks good to me. Now they’ve kept most of deposit for damage that was already done when I moved in. The owner Josh prides himself on caring for his tenants and customers if you read their site. This is obviously untrue. I will make sure every person I know never rents from this company or has a property managed through one. They could barely even get a maintenance request done in a timely manner. These people are a joke.

Responding here because you people don’t answer the phone. You can improve your service by giving me the money you owe me.
