Santiago is fantastic to work with. I decided to sell my condo a couple months ago as I was no longer in Chicago. I met with him during a short trip back in the city and everything went smoothly from there. His knowledge of the city and connections with contractors/plumbers/etc really helped with getting my unit listed quickly and we received an offer in a short period of time. Since I’m out of state and unable to oversee any work done on my unit, he made sure that he or someone from his team was always available to supervise. Throughout the process he was always very communicative and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy their next home.

Santiago and Elizabeth are not only lovely to work with, their professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market is fantastic! As a first time home buyer, they were great with answering my numerous questions and guiding me through the process. They took the necessary time to make sure I saw as many properties as possible before committing to the one I felt comfortable with. I am a realtor who chose Santiago to list my 3-flat greystone in Sheridan Park. I interviewed a few realtors before deciding, and I definitely made the right decision!
From start to finish, Santiago was there for me. I have a high standard for effectiveness and client relations, and no one will take better care of you than Santiago. There were a few challenges to navigate through the process, but Santiago was solutions-oriented and a calming and kind presence.
Also, he sold my place for substantially more than I expected, which was a nice bonus. His personal and negotiating skills are top-notch. If you want peace of mind throughout what can sometimes be a stressful process, do yourself a favor and call Santiago!
