Inspite of half of the square being empty, at least the Neighborhood Walmart and Auto Zone are still there to do my business. I live just across the street on Cochran and if the weather is nice, I just walk across the street for little/lite stuff that I can.

My favorite store there is the newly opened T-Mobile store between to AutoZone and subway and near to my favorite 99 cent store
You can find all you needs to cellphone plans and accessories at the T-Mobile store with a friendly staff and knowledgeable employees

Stopped at Subway on my way home..great sandwiches. ..easy dinner.
Love the friendly staff, good food, fresh bread. The Plaza has lots of stores all getting ready for the holidays. Love this time of year.

Feels like a ghost town out there in the Simi Valley area. Not too many shops but having a salon, laundromat and liquor store together in one plaza is a great idea. Slim parking spots but not real busy. I felt like I was in a different town due to the fact that its kind of isolated and set apart from other shopping areas. Interesting place.

Half of the business buildings are vacant. Only real busy sections are where the 98, Joan's and neighborhood market (Walmart) are located. Careful entering through the corner where Taco Bell is, lots of traffic there. Other than that very pleasant experience with my shopping.

Nice assorted shopping center. Plenty of parking. Parking lot was free, lots of loose shopping carts that can hit your car. You will find, Walmart market, Joanna's fabric,.99 cent store, (but it really 99 cents and up store) Auto zone, 24hr Fitness center and a few more shops.

Has all the low rent stores you want and need including a Wal-Mart food market and a ubiquitous 99 cents Only store. There's also a donut place, Enterprise car rental, a diner, workout gym, cellular store and a nail salon. Great for quick shopping trips. Only drawback is that the center always seems to attract a loitering unsavory element. Police activity is a common sight.
