Looking for a starter car for my daughter and everywhere I went they all seemed like price gouging vultures . As a last ditch attempt I stumbled on Toyota Santa margarita and from the first conversation on the phone before I even went to the dealership I was given straight forward information without the pushy sales pitch. When I arrived I was quickly greeted and Griselda had the cars I was looking for pulled up to the front . She didn’t try to push me into buying she allowed me to look peacefully and decide what best worked for me. Hands down the ONLY dealership I have encountered in 20years that I ever have enjoyed the process of buying a car. No haggling , no pushy sales and hands down the best pricing out of 15 Toyota dealership I was looking at . The only Toyota dealership I would recommend!

While many reviews highlight the sales and finance department at Santa Margarita Toyota, I want to take a moment to shine a spotlight on their outstanding parts and service team. My experience with Noel, Joshua, and Becca has been nothing short of exceptional.

Noel in the parts department is an absolute rock star. His extensive knowledge about aftermarket parts has undoubtedly saved me from many potential headaches with my 2024 Toyota Tacoma. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to choose the perfect lift kit, allowing me to run 35s with zero rubbing. He really knows his stuff.

Joshua also deserves a huge shout-out. He has patiently answered all my questions—no matter how many I had—and never made me feel like a nuisance. Every time I ring that bell, I half-expect him to run and hide, but he always greets me with a friendly smile and goes above and beyond to help.

Additionally, Becca at the service desk impressed me with her ability to work within my ridiculously tight time constraints. To my surprise, she got everything done ahead of schedule.

I bought a Grand Highlander 2025, this specific car is really hard to find specially since I wanted it with panoramic moonroof and bench Seat. Griselda Helped me out Throughout this process, it was so easy and stress free. I reserved the car back in December and I pick it up yesterday. It was such an easy and fast process thanks to Griselda.
