This is the worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with. Chris the owner is not a property manager in anyway shape or form, he put no effort to help the tenant or accommodate any issue a tenant brings up. As far as I know he’s just someone who collects the rent check for the owner and lets her do whatever she wants. So as far as I know there are tenants living on the property illegally and I wouldn’t be surprised with the property manager lives out of his car because he doesn’t have an office address. Capital property is pathetic.
