The car buying experience was great. However the service department is horrible. My vehicle was scheduled for a factory recall and when it was brought in for service, your service department didn’t have the part needed to service the vehicle. How stupid is this? You knew what the car was being brought in for, why wouldn’t you have the parts on hand to fix it? Why wouldn’t you have ordered the parts prior to my service appointment so that the service could be completed at the time of the appointment. I just don’t understand why you would waste my time and that of your service technician by not having the parts in stock. Now, I have to wait for the part and schedule another service appointment. This is a total lack of respect for my time.

This is not the first time that I’ve had this issue. Mr. Sansone, please fix this issue!! Love your dealership but have a great disdain for your service department.

I'm very pleased with my latest experience with 66 Automall. This is my 2nd car lease with them, and Manny took great care of me. I got the vehicle I wanted, and he was very patience with me as I did a lot of research and asked many questions for months before the transaction. He did a great job of staying in touch with me and worked to understand my unique needs. In the end, I got the car I wanted, and am very happy with how everything worked out. I know the holidays are a very busy time of year so I really appreciate that he still worked to get me what I needed, despite the busy season. Thanks again, Manny!

This is a beyond stand up dealership... on my 2nd car from them and they have been nothing but amazing the entire time... melissa j is amazing and will work to get you the best deal possible and Jaime in the service dept goes above and beyond for their clients!!! They tried to charge me $898 to change a valve stem tire pressure monitor on one tire. When I questioned it, they said it was a "mistake", and fixed the price and added a $180 charge for a " courtesy multipoint visual inspection". When I questioned that, they that was a "mistake" as well and removed the charge. They recommended $13,000 in repairs, many items had already been recently replaced already. When I expressed that I no longer wanted them to do any work because I no longer trusted them and I wanted my car back, they would not release it without me paying a $90 charge.

I had an extremely disappointing experience regarding my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic, expecting a professional and honest assessment. Instead, they provided me with an absurd and impossible explanation for the issue. They claimed that an internal part of the engine was broken due to a crash, which makes absolutely no sense because the exterior of my vehicle has no damage whatsoever.

To make matters worse, they refused to honor my contract and declined to cover the repair, Their refusal to follow the terms of the agreement is unacceptable. It’s clear they were just looking for an excuse to avoid taking responsibility.

I would strongly advise against trusting rhem with your vehicle. If they could come up with such an illogical excuse for my issue, I can only imagine what they might do to others. Avoid this place if you want honest and fair service!
