We had a wonderful family reunion at this one of a kind property. The location is superb (even in colder weather), the houses are immaculate, well appointed, warm, and inviting. The hosts made everything easy and were super helpful. Be sure and see the History House two doors down for a taste of what Fort Hancock was like when it was an active army base.

Had a family reunion weekend here last weekend. We rented both homes to accommodate all of us. Fantastic! The rentals were beautifully restored, clean and very comfortable. Proximity to the water - both the bay and the ocean - was great, easy to walk to everything - the historical building, the lighthouse, the restaurant, the army batteries, etc. Peaceful and beautiful! We rode bicycles all over Sandy Hook - the new bike/walking path is wonderful! Our group ranged in age from 3 - 75 years old - a good time was had by all! We would certainly go back and rent from Sandy Hook Rentals again - maybe with a smaller group next time but our large group was easily accommodated!

A lovely weekend with family in a beautiful home in an amazing location! Hosts provided every amenity we could think of from Candyland for the youngest to coffee pots for the adults who woke up at 5 am to play Candyland:—) Enjoyed exploring the history and beauty of Sandy Hook right outside the front door.

We stayed in March and hope to do it again next year. Yes it was cold outside but the house is nice and warm. Very charming interior and so quiet at night! We loved walking on the beach and going for bike rides. I would live here year around!

Had a fabulous time in this lovely restored home in Sandy Hook. The home is beautifully decorated but is also still warm and inviting with many personal touches. Views from the sun porch at sunset are breathtaking. A must see! This is the perfect getaway whether you are looking to just relax, enjoy the outdoors, or take in some history. There is something for everyone. While I spent the weekend with the girls, I definitely an planning to return with my family.

Had an amazing girls weekend in Sandy Hook! The accommodations were impeccable and the view from our rental was amazing! A beautiful sunset with a glass of wine from our porch was picture perfect! Can't wait to come back soon!
