It is better sweet as I write this but this review is long overdue. We had our shares with property management companies but Sandra’s Property is unparalleled. Alejandra is a true professional with exceptional communication, service, and kindness. She has made my experience both pleasant and stress-free during my tenure of 11 years. I truly value Alejandra’s proactive communication and commitment to maintaining a high standard of living for her tenants. Sandra Properties is a tremendous asset to folks who own real estate. This family-owned business is based in Galt, but provides brokerage and property management services to the Sacramento and San Juaquin regions in California. The business owner, Alexandra Toledo, has been providing my wife and me reliable and honest property management services for nearly two decades and recently sold a small, particularly challenging property for us in the City of Rancho Cordova. She also helped us turn around a blighted property in our portfolio. She is tenacious, thorough, accessible and possesses the right personality for the work. After coming out of a bad arrangement with a prior property management company, Alexandra help us regain confidence in the property management industry. If you own a rental property in the area, I highly recommend considering Sandra Properties for your management needs. Lived in one of the properties for 2 years, horrible experience, neighbors were so loud, guy next door was selling illegal stuff and there was always some kind of altercation at least every two days that police would show up. Have a couple friends that stay at her other properties and same thing happens, drugs and violence. Alexandra is the worst type of person possible. Can't believe she even has a job, she belongs working by her self in a sewer plant. Disgusting behavior. She told my friend and I that we will be removed from the property because I stood up for myself. She's got a screw loose, stay clear of Sandra properties and definitely stay away from the devil (Alexandra)

To anybody renting their house out using this management company. BEWARE! The office staff is incredibly rude. Very unprofessional. I personally would stay away from anybody with three reviews for their entire company. Also had a San proof of income for different times before they realized it was going to their spam.
