I really love how quiet it is here. My husband and I still work so we really appreciate that we can come home and just enjoy the peace and serenity. The grounds and amenities are kept in pristine condition and whenever we've used any of the common areas, they were available and not crowded at all. I love that! Also, the leasing staff are wonderful! So happy to help at any time and there are lots of planned activities.
Finally, the maintenance staff are excellent. No matter what the issue, it is resolved quickly and efficiently. These guys know what they're doing for sure!

Both my husband and I have truly enjoyed every aspect of living at San Sebastian for the past 11 months. Naomi, Michelle, and the entire team have been kind, accommodating, and helpful since day one, and the sense of community that we feel with both the staff and many of our wonderful neighbors is fantastic. We highly recommend San Sebastian and look forward to many years here. Thanks to all!

My husband and I have lived at San Sebastian since 2018. I am disappointed that anyone would give Naomi, our property manager, or our property a 1 star rating. Obviously, some people are not going to be satisfied, but we highly recommend living here and Naomi, along with the entire staff, do an excellent job.

Today, I had the unfortunate occasion meeting Naomi, who show me the establishment of San Sebastian.
The minute you enter the office building you are hit by a very bad smell in the air which persists throughout the whole establishment.
The apartments look OK, although it is nothing special about it. However, what gave me the worse experience it was Naomi.
She never stopped talking. No matter how many times I wanted to say or ask something she spoke over me and not letting me speak .
I am very dissapointing with the whole experience, therefore I will not even consider to move to San Sebastian nor refer anybody else to come here.

We just renewed our Lease, beginning our 5th year of residency. The Project is beautifully maintained. We have used the Clubhouse for special events, snd appreciate the ability to entertain large groups on special occasions.

Our Apartment is well designed and spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a den. The Staff is friendly and works well together to meet the needs of the Tenants.
With many apartment homes in the area, we find San Sebastian to be the best value per square foot.

We have lived here for seven years and enjoyed nearly every day. There is lots to do to keep you active and social. This is the only apartment we have lived in in over 51 years. It is located very close to the firehouse, but you know you are safe with them so close. Shopping is next door and banks within walking distance. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
