This is a nice and pretty park for 55+ with lots of greenery and great amenities, plus rent control! The manager, Julie, is really sweet, caring, and helpful; she was a resident before she became the park manager and really cares about the residents. The location is convenient to highways 78 and 15, Palomar and Kaiser hospitals and medical offices, close to public transportation, shopping, and much more!

This mobile home park was my home intermittently for over 10 years, until the unfortunate passing of my mother Linda Kellett... I absolutely enjoyed living here taking care of her. Quiet environment kind hearted residents who truly care and come together under tough circumstances. The people here genuinely take care of one another. Management was awesome! I love Julie! She's the best.. definitely deserving of the manager position. Very selfless caring and supportive. The maintenance crew are amazing!! Those were my guys! Always so cheerful and happy to help with anything! I Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone to become a resident in! I will truly miss having this place as my home...

Families are welcome. It's not a 55 and older Mobil e park. Pool clubhouse laundry facilities. Very nice neighbors not any crime to speak of. We have been here for 13 years.

I own a mobile home at this park along with my 91 year old mom that lives there. She has met lots of friends at this park that she plays bingo a few days a week. She feels safe, and park is well maintained. My kids and I love the pool area when visiting, and we have used the recreation room for a party and it has a large kitchen, with TV and pool tables. Free to use to all residents. I'm very happy my mom lives at San Marcos Estates.

As always, I truly enjoy every visit to SMME, also known as "The Park." It's quiet, it's peaceful, and everyone is poliet, and friendly.
After many years of visiting friends and family at the park, I always return home feeling a part of something very unique and wonderful.

This place puts the trash back in trailer trash. I can't count the times I've almost been hit by people pulling out of the entrance at high speed. Which Is what I suspect they are all there to purchase. I've had people throw objects at me as im walking past this predicament they named "Mobile Estates". There are far too many dilapidated units, or units with tin foil in the windows to claim the word Estate but clearly its all rentals which just indicates a lack of property owners and lowers the value of the area. Plus the fact that there's too many people under the age of 55 residing there. It's allegedly a senior mobile home park but I see too many kids on bikes hanging out front the entrance like it's a liquor store or Shell station. In addition to the ever-growing homeless population which pass through that heap of housing underdevelopment. All if which consequently spill over into the four other nicer Parks that are unfortunately joined to this ghetto by a brick wall that clearly needs to be built higher.

I went by there quickly to visit somebody but I love the place from the time I drove in till the time I left it's quiet it's beautiful the places in other beautiful I wish I could live there! Plenty plenty a room in the mobile homes they are truly nice!
