San Joaquin Valley Homes Quail Run - Delano, California

5/5

Over half of this neighborhood is still under construction as of September 2022. But a good portion of the homes surrounding the park is already built with people living in them.

And yes, the homes themselves are nice and cozy to live in so 5 stars.

EDIT (August 2024):

All the houses/plots in the Quail Run half of the neighborhood have been built. Or at least appear to be from the outside.

Their currently renovating the Quail Run office and the accompanying model homes to make it look more like a regular house amongst the rest of the neighborhood. Without the black fencing.

They also removed the parking lot that was next to the office and replaced it with another house.
