I just have to share Patricia and her team freaking rocked it!!!

I reached out to her and her team last minute as I had a very small window where I had people available to help me move only a specific day as I’ve been temporarily handicap & injured from a work injury on top of being really busy with work.

She reminded me the property was going to be available on 12/13 as they had prep work to be completed but my only move in date was 12/10.

She rounded up all of her contacts 2-3 days prior to that date to not only get me approved but got all of the trades in to complete all of the touch up work needed for move in.

Patricia worked after hours which most won’t do to make all of it possible and I’m super grateful for her and her team 🙏🏼

I’m loving my new place and would like to say thank you to all parties involved!

Richard has been such a pleasure to work with! I decided to rent my condo long-term and he has made the process such a breeze.
