We love Sagewind Ranch! Marisa made the application and entire move-in process so stress free and seamless every step of the way! Sagewind Ranch is a clean, quiet and safe, gated community with brand new, modern homes which are constructed so well, spacious, with refined finishings and all brand-new state of the art appliances. This is the best community compared to all the other rental options in Lancaster and also close to everything essential. The living space is an open concept design, kitchen is beautiful with a huge quartz island, high ceilings (with recessed lights installed in every room), the whole home is well thought out, airy and bright and designed with the tenant in mind to ensure comfort, privacy and convenience.

Our home here feels like a home we have always had. We feel so lucky to have found this wonderful community and couldn’t be happier with our new home! Thank you Marisa and Jen!!

I toured with my husband recently and absolutely fell in love! As first time renters, this community has exceeded our expectations. The appliances are beautiful and the floor plans are so carefully thought out. We are most excited to utilize the 24 hour gym they have coming soon. I recently visited Sagewind Ranch to explore the possibility of making it my new home, and I was beyond impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made the entire process of possibly moving in easy and stress-free.

The community is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and modern amenities like the pool, fitness center, and even a dog park, which would be perfect for my pup Buster! I'd like to add that even the backyards that come with the lots are also big enough for my doggo to run around, but having the dog park to have friends for him makes it just as amazing! The homes themselves are stunning with spacious floor plans, elegant finishes, and smart home technology that really sets this place apart.

What really stood out to me was how reasonable the pricing is for everything that's included, especially considering the move to California from other areas where housing can feel intimidatingly expensive. For anyone thinking about moving to California and worrying about how expensive finding a place could be, Sagewind Ranch offers a breath of fresh air. This community gives hope to California dreaming, showing that quality living is still possible without breaking the bank.

We just recently had the pleasure of touring the beautiful community of Sagewind Ranch, with the delightful Jen, and all I can say is wow! We were greeted so warmly by Jen upon arrival, she was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about the homes, and amenities, but also all the surrounding areas and schools. Being in a situation where we’re relocating, this information was absolutely invaluable, as we arrived knowing nothing of the area. And for the reviews that state the homes are overpriced, you are clearly out of touch and looking out of your league. Can’t wait to make Sagewind our home, I know I already made my first friend in CA in Jen.
