Emily,The Newest Manager(Diligent and Respectful).
Elevator and enclosed area's and stairwells smell Terrible. Also stairwell was propped open through the night. So Secured Features (entrances and camera's)are Not Always Secure.

Convenient Location.Within Walking distance to Blvd.Shops, Restaurants, and Yearly And Seasonal Events.Great Community
It is a High Crime location. Yes there has been deaths , Car thefts ; Car break-ins, Shootings too. And Yes it still takes Lancaster Police more than 15 minutes to arrive even though the building is up the block from station.

I’ve been living at Sagebrush Apartments since they first opened in 2011 and have seen my fair share of managers come and go and the last one Kelsey Rodriguez has by far been the best, as she always remained professional yet concerned about your needs ensuring that if anything was broken she had it repaired ASAP. What really makes Kelsey special to me is that in the experience of death with some of the older tenants she showed great compassion. Kelsey has done a great job of addressing the concerns of our entire community. Hey she rocks giving back to the community by having parties for us to get to know each other and address each one of our concerns. Halloween parties for the children etc.. it really takes someone special to do what she has done for this community here at Sagebrush Apartments!

Sagebrush is it's own community. Neighborhood is safer than most. Yes the parking is limited, people drink and drive all the time. No one is better than you. FYI smile your being video recorded. Enjoy the photo and the view.

My family and I really enjoy living here. The townhomes are uniquely designed and very comfortable to live in. We specially enjoy having the ability to go down the street to enjoy a coffee, yogurt or any little craving. Living there really makes it feel like you are part of the community, and many cool things are available for you. The only complain that I have is the following; On Thursdays the crowd can get pretty wild. I'm not sure if BEX has any drink specials, or what the problem is, but on Thursdays plenty of people get drunk and argue in the street at all hours of the night. They openly smoke weed and on Thursdays you would never guess this is the same place as the rest of the week. If Sagebrush could somehow make sure BEX has more control of their patrons, with the drinking, the place would be just right for us.

They will have you homeless. Had my file over a month kept telling me I got the unit an the day they found out I knew someone in the complex a month after having my file said I was over income but you had my file for a month you didn't see that till now.

Ive requested information online for a 2 bedrom and recieved and email asking would i be interested in a 3 or 4 bedroom. I proceeded with and email back saying sure how much, to then recieve a price but also got well we dont have any at this time. It just seems a waste of time to ask me would i be interested then say you dont have any 3 bedrooms. Then i asked about the 4 bedrooms and same answer. I just feel its poor customer service and that the initial first response back should have been sorry we dont have units avaliable at this time!.

My stay here at Sagebrush Apartments has been nothing but wonderful and is largely because of the manager Kelsey she always seem to go above and beyond to help the tenets she is very professional I wish that there were more managers like Kelsey Sagebrush Has benefited greatly by having someone Like Kelsey in their employment she is very knowledgeable good work ethics and just an all-around beautiful person

I called to ask about leasing information because these apartments seem awesome but the manager who answer was horrible that made not even schedule anymore if she’s like this asking about trying to lease I can image living there ....If they have a cooperate office they need to seriously get this manager on border with the word “customer service” .
