Landon is the best realtor I've dealt with so far! He made this process extremely easy. As soon as I came to him about purchasing a home, he had multiple homes lined up to see the next day! For every house we saw, he had a packet with all the details (schooling, HOA fees, community amenities, etc.) It was very professional and made everything very convenient. When we did select a house, he fought to get the best deal possible and even found me a great lender. When we moved into our new home, Landon even helped! And when there was a slight problem with something in the garage from the previous owners, Landon once again offered his assistance!

Landon is an all around great guy. Honest, smart, and helpful. It was great working with Landon and I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home!

We used Sage Realty buying our first home and we recommend them to EVERYONE we talk to. We had Landon as our realtor and I can not say enough good things about him! We began our home buying processes at the beginning of the pandemic last year in 2020 and that came with a completely new set of challenges and protocols but Landon didn't miss a beat with either. We were first time home buyers and Landon was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and beyond patient with every question we had, every hesitation, and every house we wanted to see (and there were many). With Landon's eye for remodel potential, it really gave us a change to look past the little things like paint, carpet, a 8 ft by 25 ft mirror wall (which our house had haha) and focus on the overall layout and if it would work best for our family. Landon not only helped us find our dream home, but he really fought for us! Fought for us with our offers, our counter offers, and represented us in a way that you can only wish a realtor would. We knew right away that we weren't just a sale to him, we were clients that he really valued and cared about. He was continuously looking out for anything and everything that would benefit us or be in our best interest. He was extremely honest and realistic with us while also giving us inspiration and creativity with visions of what our potential home could be. We found Landon/Sage Realty through a referral. Landon had sold my sisters house in Corona and also found them their new home in Canyon Lake. We knew we would be moving, but our timeline was still a couple months out. Then of course ahead of schedule our dream house in Canyon Lake appeared. Landon got us in immediately. It literally had everything we wanted- and also unique features we knew we would never find again. It literally looked like a castle and we just had to have it for our daughter to grow up in. Unfortunately we had not even listed our current home in Mission Viejo and needed to sell it in order to buy our dream castle.
Watching Landon work was truly impressive. First through savvy negotiation, diligence and unfaltering follow up he got the sellers to accept our offer with a short contingency to sell our home quick- despite initially wanting nothing to do with us until our house was sold. Landon had gorgeous professional photos taken of our house, house listed, open house scheduled and tours started immediately. He literally gave us attention 24/7 when we needed it- and I have to admit, we were a bit needy. So much of the process was new to us and he answered every question with timeliness and understanding. It was also so helpful that Landon is also a GC so has tons of additional knowledge to assist his clients in regards to costs of repairs and/or upgrades and referrals. When it was all said and done- Landon sold our house for about $25K over what we though we would be able to get- and got us our dream castle for under the sellers asking price. We’ve been in our new home for about 3 weeks now and could not be happier. I can honestly say that with all of the different obstacles and time constraints that were involved in making these 2 sales happen and watching how much hard work and consistent follow up Landon performed- if we had had any other realtor I truly don’t think we would be where we are now.
