Angelika, thank you for saving our complex. I truly believe in you and your team. We had a prior shady management whom we fired (REIS properties) they scammed us, the manager was awful, condescending and rude, they charged owners $40,000 each for roofing and balcony repairs despite most people passing these inspections, come to find out they where not even real inspections. And we had no work finished for 7 months now. Angelika and her team are working very hard to fix this issue for us owners. They are hard workers and wish for the best for us owners. Thank you!

I was the property manager for Park Colony Condos for over 15 years. I decided to retire and looked for a new management company to replace myself and continue all my hard work. When ever our building has issue I know that when I call, text or email concerning an issue that someone in their office will respond. In all my co tact’s and communication with anyone in the management company’s I have always been treated with respect. We can count on a safe to send accurate accounting and statements monthly.
