Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Ryan is the ONLY agent I will ever work with to buy or sell a Tahoe home in the future. I was referred to Ryan, and I'm incredibly thankful for that. He helped us buy the perfect place in Tahoe-Donner. Although the process felt daunting from the other side of the country, Ryan was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and unfazed by complexities that arose. My wife and I bought a property in Olympic Valley and we were lucky to have Ryan as our buyer's agent! He's extremely knowledgeable about the Tahoe area and is very easy to work with. We had considerable difficulty communicating with the seller's agent and even worse and erratic engagement from the seller - to the point we were close to just backing out entirely. Ryan kept a calm and collaborative approach the entire time and helped us navigate the process. He had sound advice on offers and counter offers and had good insight into the Seller's perspective. Ryan is the best! We have been looking at properties for a few years in the Truckee area and Ryan was so patient with us as we looked at many, many, many properties until we found the right one. Ryan is such a fantastic realtor. Super knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and extremely responsive. We reached out to Ryan in the summer of 2020 when the Tahoe market was really heating up during the pandemic. He showed us some great options, but the timing wasn't right. Over the next 3.5 years, we reached out a few times, and he was always very helpful keeping us informed about price trends and changes in local laws regarding short-term rentals. Once prices came down a bit in 2024, we reached out again on a family trip over new years week and he responded immediately, showing us a few places two days later, one of which was perfect/turnkey and is now our new home! He was great with negotiations, inspections, and closing the deal. FIVE STARS (SIX if it were possible). We look forward to staying in touch, Ryan!

We accidentally wound up meeting Ryan. That first home we saw was completely wrong for us. Ryan learned from that showing and became our eyes and ears in Tahoe. He viewed multiple homes on our behalf. Ryan understood our needs well enough to take some off the list, others he walked through taking videos for us.
