I know the sign says by "appointment only," however, today I physically walked up to the door, knocked and rang the doorbell to confirm whether there was a property manager on site or someone from upper management avaliable to answer specific questions the general public may have regarding this property, it's residents and any services management has to offer. No one was physically available at the site today around 12:05PM when I arrived in person. I would like to know if I would need an appointment to perform a physical exterior and interior inspection of the property prior to walking on the premises?

Parking has become an issue over time. Originally, I was told prior to purchasing a home with Ryan homes at Stratford that I would have two parking spaces. I have since only been able to use one parking space that is not always available because other people have been using it. The other parking space have not been available to me since I moved in. I have reached out to the sales representative to confirm that I am suppose to have my own parking and their response has since changed to parking is first come first served, even though I have an email with advertisement for my home stating it would come with two parking spaces. I do not appreciate the change as this was one of the reasons I have chosen to purchase a home here. I truly hope this issue can be resolved because it is affecting my enjoyment here.

Extremely poor experience with Ryan Home here at Stratford. I was missed quoted on property taxes by 40%…. Now the town wants 12k a year for this townhouse while other houses in the area pay 7k.

Now I’ll end up paying way over my DTI because of Ryan homes not doing their homework correctly and presenting incorrect numbers during the sales process.

The only reason I decided to give a review is because even after they know taxes are 12k a year, they are still offering a lower amount to new buyers which is unethical imo.

Outside of that, house still has several issues like incorrect installed counter tops, poor painting, electrical issues and uneven walls…. Luckily I got warranty but I’ll have to spend some time opening claims and getting people to fix these issues.

Now I’ll have issue selling due to how high the taxes are for this property compared to single family homes in the area….
