My fiancé and I had been looking for a house for a while. The market just wasn’t our friend. I came across this development as I as aware of what Ryan homes was since my uncle had already purchased a beautiful home from them. This is our first home and is perfect for just the two of us at the moment. It’s a great starter home for small families. So this will still be perfect when we have a little one. We loved our project manager, Jeff and whenever we see him he always stops to have a quick conversation with us!
We really have no complaints about our home, we love that we can fence in our yard. We upgraded to have a half bath and the island and it was the best thing we could’ve done. Totally worth the little bit of extra money. If there was one thing I’d complain about, is I do wish there were a little bit more options for upgrades, but i do like that they were making this budget/cost friendly.
We had one issue with our HVAC system, as the air was like flowing to all the levels of the house properly. We contacted the warranty association/customer support and they came in assessed the issue and within a week we’re here to fix it!
We genuinely love living here. Everyone we’ve met so far is beyond friendly.
I honestly would purchase another Ryan homes in the future.
This was such a great idea/investment on my part!! (My fiancé definitely appreciates me! Haha).

Because of the recent crazy real estate market, me and my wife decided to purchase new construction townhouse. Ryan Homes at Eagle Chase was the best option in South Jersey area considering our budget and situation. My sales representative, Looney Melissa, she is pretty kind, cooperative, honest, and professional to make us decide to purchase the new construction house. I just signed the contract with Ryan Homes recently and now really look forward to see my new house on Dec 2023 or Jan 2024. If someone hesitate to purchase the new construction house here, it is better to take action ASAP to get your house with good and reasonable price because it is first-come, first-serve. No competition or biddings at all. Thank you.

Not once did I ever feel like Melanie was trying to make a sale. She was patient with me, listened to my questions and or concerns along with providing feedback to my inquiries. Ryan home is the best thing that happen to my family, we have been looking for perfect home for like four months now until a friend recommends Ryan home at Egle chase good and quite community to raise kids, its a whole new building, and you got to choose what you want in your house and the amazing sales rep Hannah Schrock she makes everything easy for you very detailed and professional, she keeps you informed and follow up.
