We chose Ryan because we knew he had such a strong reputation in our community. First of all, we admired that Ryan worked the market and visited with the neighbors from time to time to gauge the possibilities of selling our home. This stood out to us when we were ready. Not to mention
the continuous marketing pieces showing us all the homes he sold!He was always friendly and my husband and I are both in sales, we know the difference between being pushy and showing that one can help.
We identified Ryan as a helper.
Ryan knows this market, and he told us in a friendly way, what we needed to do to sell our home and get top dollar.
He and his team got everything done within the exact timeframe that we wanted and they came in at the budget proposed.
You know selling a home is quite emotional. He managed our emotions quite smoothly, and he did the same with buyers. That’s not an easy feat and he did it with class and care.

Could we give more than 5 stars?
We highly recommend Ryan and his team. Ryan is proactive, very organized, detailed, and thorough. He arranged for the home inspector to come out prior to listing our home, which allowed us to repair minor issues and assured any potential buyers the home was in good condition. Ryan held weekly calls with us and was literally a text or call away for any questions about the process. This was helpful when we had two full price offers that we were negotiating on a tight timeline. Ryan’s team is excellent, from the photographer, handy man, and home stager who marketed our home. Professional staging makes a huge difference-listen to Ryan and definitely work with his home stager. He takes care of everything, including after the sale. We were able to rent back until our new home was ready. The entire process went smoothly with little stress.

Ryan is the real deal! When we bought our house, he was the seller's agent and we were so impressed with him. We kept him in mind when we were ready to sell the house and immediately knew we wanted him to represent us as sellers. Our non-negotiables in a realtor were communication and experience/knowledge within our neighborhood. He was 10/10 for both of those. He was on top of our showings, open houses, and escrow process. Ryan and his team were amazing. Ryan helped us sell our home and buy a new one. It was stressful and a lot of work to be doing both at the same time, but Ryan helped us through the entire process and we sold over asking and got the house we wanted - we really couldn't have done either without Ryan's expertise and rapport he built with the agents to help get them on our side for both selling and buying. I am so glad we went with Ryan. He and his team did a fantastic job helping to get the house prepared for listing.
