I recently had the pleasure of working with Rochelle, the property manager at Rutherford Station Apartments, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I inquired about the property to the day I moved in, Rochelle's dedication to providing exceptional service was evident.

Her prompt responses and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Rochelle's kindness and extensive knowledge about the property and surrounding area made me feel confident about my decision to move in.

I gave one star only because I had to, in order to leave a review. We applied for an apartment with credit that is not good but our finances met the criteria. We dealt with Bree and we asked if credit would be a factor but he said that it would not be, as long as we can afford the apartment. We waited for 7 days for a response and we were denied. We asked Bree, if we were denied, if we would be able to get our money refunded back to our card and he replied yes. Well after we were denied we were told that our money would be returned in a check within 30 days. We don’t have a problem with getting denied because we will eventually get something better and I believe that what is not for us then we will not get. What we do have a problem with is the lies that these big companies tell to get your money. Now, my wife confronted Bree about the lies that he told us and he denied all. This is not the way a reputable company is supposed to do business and definitely should not have anyone that represents your company that tells such lies to get $100 each ($200) application fee plus another $600 for a holding fee. I had a problem when we first walked in because I don't feel comfortable doing business with someone who's life is based on deceit but I dealt with him any way. So I will practice on paying attention to my first instinct in the future. We are now renting a townhome for less than the price on the apartment. Also, let's be clear, Bree is a Man, not a Woman.

We've lived here for ~6 months and have nothing but great things to say. We love the location, building, sense of community, and leasing office. The leasing office is extremely professional and is always on top of everything. They are always putting out little treats for residents, they've got fabulous front desk security, and the building is constantly clean/being cleaned. So extremely happy with our decision to move here and we will definitely plan to stay until we plan to buy property!!

Rutherford Station is a great place to live. The neighbors are friendly and helpful as well as the building management staff. It’s conveniently located near the train making commuting to NYC very easy! Maintenance is a plus. Carlos is responsive, responsible, and very professional. He knows his craft and does great work.

I love living here. There is a great community feel at Rutherford Station. I love calling here home. We love all the cute events that you can tell the details are not overlooked. The train noise isn't bad which was my main worry, plus its only 200 feet away super convenient. The whole team has been so awesome, Sylvana goes the extra mile to make sure residents are always happy even if there is an issue. Jenny is the sweetest front desk person I have ever dealt with and very ontop of things from our visit to move in, its a pleasure to stop in the office and get treats for my pup. Super pet friendly. Only suggestion would be full day doorman on the weekends would be great. Rent is a little bit higher then other places in the area but it's totally been worth living here.

My experience with the leasing team was good. They were very accommodating and communicative. If it is not possible to keep a model of every floor plan accessible - I wish that communities would do a virtual walk-through of EVERY floor plan they have so that prospective tenants can get a sense of the apartment that would best suit their needs. Also, as a pet owner, I wish communities would really consider offering apartments with no carpet (given the amount of fees/rent we have to pay for the little fur babies).

It was great living here. Unfortunate circumstances happened and I had to leave but enjoyed every moment there. The staff is excellent and Rochelle and Brea are the best. They are best to manage a property and I hope in the near future of me coming back. Everything is well maintained and kept up in detail. Great area to live and easy transportation to and from the city.

Rutherford Station is a very nice place to live. The residents are friendly and the building is very clean. The property management team (Bree and Rochelle) are super nice and very accommodating.
