This office isn’t helpful at all, every-time i went the rules end up changing, the employes aren’t any help, they fail to tell you that renewing your tags is based on last names. And even with a power of attorney they give you a hard time, when i had to pay 1,200 they took my car with no issues, now a month later it’s a issue and have to use cash.

If you already have or want the star on your license this location cant help you and the clerk was not friendly at all.

Easy breezy. In and out in 15 minutes with my new license plates! Lady at the counter was not your typical DMV person. She was nice and looked like she really liked her job and was there to help. The security guard was a bit rude and on the other hand could tell he didn’t like his job or people for that matter. Other than that I got my cool plates and for under $100 compared to Colorado and California this was a shock!

Mr. Rodriguez was great! He was knowledgeable, kind, helpful. His patience and care with my grandmother was amazing. People are not always helpful and kind to elderly people. I wish there were more kind and helpful people like him. My grandmother was very happy and thankful!

I went on a Monday and they were closed for a “State Holiday” when it clearly isn’t a state holiday. Schools and Banks are open and the DMV, their communication is very sloppy. Wasted gas and 40 miles to only get turned around. It happened last year too. This place needs to get their mess together

You only have two windows outside. We were there about 15 minutes with both windows open and then all of a sudden one of the windows shut with about 20 people left in line. This was the case until we were finally helped.

Solution:. Have backup to keep both windows open even if someone has to leave. Or just let the people stand in the heat.

Definitely a reason to order on line.
