VERY RUDE! Do not answer questions and will talk to you like you are stupid. HIGLY recommend using someone else. It will not let me respond. So let me clarify, I aske you to call me because we have not had a bond on that house in for years. I needed to know if the owners needed the bond for a sale or if they wanted to pick the bond back up. I don't know why it is so hard to answer questions that is being asked. You cant just send a work order and expect me to know what you are talking about without having a conversation on what is needed for that house. There is a lot more to doing a bond on a house than a piece of paper. There was no fowl language used at all. I have been trying to reach your business for years regarding this house. The first time you finally call me about it, you was rude and trying to make yourself look good. I have spoke with a few of your customers and they say they deal with the same stuff. Do better as a company please. Do it for the customers. Good luck and have a great day.

I trusted my home in the hands of Rudulph Real Estate for over 4 years. There were some definite ups and downs, but they always kept my house rented and for a competitive price. Regardless of our disagreements, I kept renewing our contract out of convenience and 80% of the time, there were no issues. With that being said, the other 20% of the time, the issues were difficult, expensive and exhausting. Any time I were to disagree or stand my ground with decisions regarding my property, I was met with resistance and told I was being hostile. Aside from being gas lighted for 4 years, I had mail held from me that led to an unfortunate situation and damages to my property caused by a Rudulph Real Estate maintenance worker that was never repaired. However, the damage WAS acknowledged by the maintenance director. Additionally, the owner of Rudulph Real Estate was in contact with my real estate agent regarding the closing date of my home and conveniently “worked on” my move-out inspection through the selling of my home. I never received that move-out inspection documentation that included the damages… its been 6 months. Long story short - do yourself a favor and find another property management company.

My husband and I can not say enough good things about Rudulph Real Estate. If you are looking to lease your house out, definitely contact them! We started leasing our house out through them back 10 years ago. They were always responsive and took care of the house and the tenants' needs. We did have a couple of less than ideal renters and Rudy and his team always took care of any issues that we had. They kept excellent records on our home of any repairs that were made.
