I am overdue by a month in writing this review, but it is well deserved. Whenever I have a question or concern regarding my account, Rudolph Incorporated has always provided representatives who are able to assist me.
On November 21, 2024, I had a concern that showed on my account. I spoke with a representative who listened to my issue. Due to the importance of my reasons, the representative couldn’t assist me directly but transferred me to management. Corina, who was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and further assisted me with my concerns and worries. She also provided me with more helpful information and followed through with a confirmation text.
Corina, thank you! I appreciate all your assistance. You are very knowledgeable and definitely know your job. I hung up stress-free, with no concerns.
I must also say that every time I call and speak with a representative, they are always helpful, polite, and able to help even with the simplest questions. Rudolph Incorporated, thank you for providing the team you have. Corina, thank you again, honey. Merry Christmas to all of you. God bless you.

Most financing banks are very money driven but Rudolph has been very helpful throughout my loan for my vehicle. Mark is honestly the best person to work with he has helped me make sure I was able to get my payments in and with a deferment when my health took a turn for the worse. He is a very understanding man and does his best to help people out.

Rudolph Incorporated is not the way to go. You can’t go pass 30 days without being brought to “review.” And I get it; pay your bills, but life happens. The supervisor harassed me AND my references (—They require ten by the way—) demanding that I pay now.

They wanted me to pay for everything at once, without any room for compromise. The general manager towed me after barely 60 days, and then they wanted double of what I owed to get it back. They came for the car on a weekend, where I couldn’t even call the office to negotiate. All for a car that was falling apart— faulty battery, windows not rolling down, splash falling off, trunk not opening, etcetera etcetera.

I do not recommend Rudolph Inc. They were nice at first, but as soon as I fell behind, they wasted no time getting back their trashy car. Just go to a reputable company that will work with you instead. Even the repo man told me it’s better to leave them

I’m sharing my experience with this company back in 2006. I bought a truck when the recession hit in 2008. I contacted the company to repo the vehicle because I didn’t know when I was gonna get my job. I remember the gentleman on the phone telling me if I paid 900 and something dollars that they wouldn’t take me to court or take legal action against me because they’ll still get the value of the car when they resell it This is now 2025 and I was just served with papers for them going after me for the whole entity of the car which is over $18,000. Been talking to an attorney, and apparently this is This is illegal because this was over 15 years ago in my opinion for over a decade this company has done people wrong!

Ive been going through Rudolph for a couple years now and ive had the best experience with them i could ask for! They are all so willing to help and give me the best care especially Mark! This year ive hit a hard place with my family and financials and Mark and the team has made this so much easier and less stressful on me! He definitely makes sure he helps to the best of his ability!
