Bill took excellent care of the condo, including addressing maintenance issues promptly and keeping the property clean. I've been in this property for more than a year, and I'm very glad I made this choice. The condo has a large, well-planned layout with lots of natural light and contemporary décor. With quick access to parks, grocery stores, and excellent restaurants, the location is excellent. All things considered, I would heartily suggest this condo to anyone searching for a chic and practical place to call home.

Bill Nelson has been my agent for one home purchase, three home sales and one property management, and he has been superb on each one. He was recommended by a coworker in Oregon to manage a rental property, and he got me the best rental price and stayed on top of rent collections and inspections, and kept things running smoothly.

I was so impressed that I later got him to sell that property and one other. Each time he made sure we covered all of the details and everything went off without a hitch. When I moved to Arizona I found that Bill had also moved into the same area, and again he was my agent for buying a house there. When I later sold that one of course I went with him and he negotiated a great deal on that transaction as well.

Sadly, we have moved out of his service area so we may not have a chance to work with him again, but we will never forget his hard work and dedication to us. Thank you Bill!
