All of my 4 years of living at Royal Crest it has been nothing but amazing. Such a great place to start a living. Great environment, clean, quiet, convenient shops and markets nearby. Management were always helpful. Roxana is the newest property manager and she is so kind, knowledgeable & just overall great person to speak with. Shoutout to the maintenance team!!! All of the guys were so helpful during my years there! So quick to help and fix any issues that you may have! So respectful of your home and update you on everything. Truly will miss this place and the crew! I completely recommend this to be your next place. Thank you Royal Crest!!!!

Roxana, at the Royal Crest Apartments, has been nothing but helpful! She has been patient, kind and understanding, all before I even moved in! I was a resident for over 10 years. Always felt safe and at home there. The maintenance crew was always on top of requests and in a timely manner repairs were taken care of. *update* Jason called me on 4/15/24, nothing was resolved so we have 10 days to find a new place to call home. The response to my review is false. If we don’t succeed in finding a place then we will be forced to renew lease and hope we don’t live through another roach infestation that took 3 months to resolve, dog fesces scattered all over property, parking rules not being enforced, and the smell of weed coming through the walls.
Been living here for 5 years. Briana is very nice & easy to talk to. The maintenance crew are amazing. My lease is up for renewal with the usual 5% increase. I wanted to discuss this with Jason & asked for his email or phone number. I was told they’re not allowed to give out his information. Not allowed? He doesn’t want to communicate with his tenants? There’s only so much one person can do alone without support from the higher ups. We have been good tenants, never missing rent payments & now we are being forced to look elsewhere to live because the upper management wants nothing to do with their tenants. We’ve had some issues that were resolved & some still not but we do like living here, it’s a shame that they don’t care.

Do not move here, it is a nice place to stay but that is we're it all ends, management does does respond to tenets request in a timely manner. We moved out 2 and a half months ago and by law Royal Crest is suppose to return our interest bearing security deposit which we have yet to recieve. After numerous documented attempts to gain understanding, it turns out they have put me and my family on the back burner. We will have to pursue legal remedy which is the only course of action left. I hope this reviews find the correct individual, weather that be potential tenent or the landlord.

My husband and I have lived here for about 8 months now and we love it. The area is perfect. You have everything that you need close by. We love how quick and effective the maintenance team is when we need them. The property manager is also great! Her name is Wendy and she is literally the BEST property manager that I have ever dealt with. She replies very quickly to my emails whenever I need to speak with her. She makes sure that my concerns are always taken care of!! Love her! If you are looking for a quiet and friendly apartment complex, I would definitely recommend Royal Crest Apartments!!

I just moved out on December 2023 and my lease ended on January 31, 2024. Its funny how the still charged water the month of January when nobody was in the apartment for that whole time lol. But i gotta admit that i felt that i was paying way too much for water. Plus knowing that some neighbors didn’t have to pay for water i felt i was paying for their water bill. But i wanna give a big SHOUTOUT to maintenance . THEY ARE THE BEST AND RESPECTFUL GUYS.

Lived in the apartment complex for a year and never once had any real issues. The maintenance of the apartment and complex was fantastic and the location is great! Close enough to everything you need. Deena was fantastic! she was really easy to communicate with and did everything necessary to respond accordingly to any need or questions i had for her! She was amazing!
