I would give this place a negative star if I could. The people living there can’t do anything because of all of the rules. Management doesn’t fix anything and doesn’t even paint, but won’t let the tenants paint themselves. They just let the apartments fall apart because it’s low income. They’re slumlords! Don’t rent there!

Those pictures are of the inside of the office. I will say the units are very decent for the rural area. Just know that your rent Increases EVERY January. The issues one may have living there is, with the Office person at the Rosie L Carpenter location. Confidentiality Doesn't exist know that you and your business will be shared from the office. Work orders are hard to get in, Unless ur a favorite. Many times its hard to catch the office open and get (Decent, Immediate, COMMON Answers). Most importantly, KEEP your business out of that office. BE CAREFUL who u contact in the Main Office because "There's honor amongst thieves." I sent a letter to their office with Concerns & Property Issues at Rosie L Carpenter and they sent the letter to the person in the Rosie L Carpenter office, who in return sent the letter back to me with UNProfessional, Immature responses.
