We met Rose by chance while attending an open house (a quite busy one) and we admired the way Rose was geniunely listening to anyone who had questions. We were even more impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data she had about the market and the prospective home. We were in the process of relocating from Orange County to San Diego, so we were very serious about finding our perfect home. We did not have a real estate agent in the SD area, and so it was an absolute no brainer for us to work with Rose.

Did we mention the open house was busy? Right, and then the offers were just flowing in. After meeting Rose and expressing our interest in working with her and putting an offer on the home, she instantly turned into a fierce strategist and got our offer accepted two days later (the home was only on the market for a week)!!

It goes without saying that making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home, but we were also emotionally invested and having someone like Rose who properly set, managed, and surpassed expectations was such a blessing and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. Being Type A, we very much appreciated the level of detail provided by Rose and her team. Our inbox was instantly flooded with the most important information, due dates, and special milestones that were headed our way. It was nice to have little reminders of all the little things you may have otherwise forgotten about, like...cancelling your Internet or changing your mailing address. There is no detail spared with Rose!

We did our best to make the drive down as often as needed throughout escrow, but there were times we couldn't be there and yet we did not have a single worry. Why? Rose was there, sending us live updates and offering video tours. My wife was unable to make the home inspection, and without me even realizing, Rose had video recorded the entire 20+ minute conversation we had with the inspector so my wife knew exactly what was said rather than just having the report to rely on.

She always made herself available throughout the entire process and continues to be a great resource even after we closed. Our move in day was going to be special no matter what, but we had no idea what was in store for us. Our expectations were constantly exceeded. To anyone looking to buy or sell a home, we strongly recommend you work with Rose. The second we met Rose, we instantly felt good energy and vibes. As we got to spend more time with her we quickly gained respect on the way she conducts her business. She is professional, knowledgeable, and does not stray from her values!

We don't anticipate ever wanting to sell this gem, but if we ever find ourselves needing to, you will forever be our real estate agent and friend.

My wife and I had the satisfaction of working with Rose on purchasing our second home. Roses dedicated services, knowledge, professionalism, and work ethic to her clients is second to none. My wife and I first met Rose at an open house she was hosting down the street from our current house. My wife told Rose we were looking at a specific house not yet on the market, but coming soon. They exchanged numbers. Rose did not hound us about looking at other properties. When that specific house came on the market, Rose call my wife to inform us it was now on the market and asked if we were still interested in the house. We were still interested in the house. We asked Rose if we could go see the house asap and Rose showed up with in 15 min to show us the house. Rose pointed out some item of concerns about the house that we weren't aware of, only someone with that knowledge and experiance would notice. Rose walked us through the process of making an good offer. We were using a VA loan and unfortunately the sell was not taking VA offers, so we didn't get the house.

We were not in no rush to buy a house, so again Rose didn't hound us on looking at other properties, which we greatly appreciated. When My wife and I found another house that we were interested in we called Rose. Rose was available right away. We put in an offer and it got accepted. Rose guided us through the process, held our hand, and was available when ever we had questions. Our VA appraisal came back under the asking price. VA said we can submit three comparables of similar house to see if the house will reappraise to asking price. Rose went above and beyond the min requirements. Rose submitted 12 comparables. As we got closer to our closing date VA lagged on their end to get an reappraisal done. Rose took the initiative and made multiple call to find out who she needs to speak with to get the reappraisal reordered and appraised. Rose got The VA to get it reordered and reappraised. The reappraisal came back at asking price, so now we didn't have to come out of pocked with the difference of first appraisal and asking price. From what I hear VA reappraisals don't usually come back with asking price. Through out all the delays that the appraisal caused, Rose kept good communicate with the seller & sellers agent and assured them we would not back out of the deal. Rose also made sure the seller would not back out due to delays. We ended up purchasing our second house and only looked at two house in all. On our first home purchase we looked at between 15 to 20 house, submitted multiple offers on multiple home just to get outbidded, which is frustrating and exhausting. Roses price offering technique is outstanding.

Rose is the BEST!!!! She is the Real MVP in today’s Real Estate industry!! When my father first decided to buy, he was initially assigned an agent through his bank. This agent jumped right in asking what our wants were and started sending listings. We noticed none of the listings were even close to what we wanted and we felt like we were being steered away from what we were really looking for in a home. It wasn’t a great experience to begin with. We were then referred to Rose by a family member, and from Day 1, she was AWESOME! She was very responsive and right away set us up on a virtual meeting. She was so professional and had a beautiful powerpoint presentation prepared, explaining each step. She educated us along the way and broke down the process so that we knew what to expect. We learned so much just within our first meeting with Rose and she was very personable asking us exactly what our wants were. From this day forth, Rose has gone above and beyond for us and always had our best interests at heart. When it came to showings, slots were very limited, especially during the pandemic. We started end of January 2021 and we finally found the home that met all of our wants and more in August 2021! Rose was able to negotiate over 20K in repairs including new roofing and fixing of the foundation. She stuck by our side from the time we opened escrow until closing, and is still there helping us prepare our new home to finally move in.
