This property management company SUCKS. I was without A/C in Florida 21 days in July and August. I kept filing maintenance requests, which were ignored. The A/C unit regularly quits working. It has quit on 9 separate occasions in 2 years. They randomly shut off the water all the time with zero notice. It's now been 12 hours without running water today, and there is no way to reach them because the emergency line is a voicemail box that has never been responded to. The utility company says they can't do anything because the complex shut it off. Last summer they removed our mailboxes without notice, and we had to go to the post office to retrieve our mail for 2 months. There is no way to reach anyone. They ignore any attempts at communication and just lie to you if you do get ahold of them. DO NOT move to any complex managed by Roselyfe.

This management company runs a scam. There are no email addresses to reach anyone and all phone calls lead to full voicemail boxes. The Point Apartments in Gainesville FL took our deposit and we signed a lease. When we showed up the apartment was not the same as the one in pics they sent us. The replacement apartment was full of mold. The manager Christina said she would refund our money. That was 9 months ago. She will not calls us back.

I am incredibly disappointed in the hiring process of this property management company. I applied for a position and was rejected without even the opportunity to speak to someone directly. This was especially disheartening because I am not only well-qualified—if not overqualified—but I applied because I saw a genuine need for a dedicated and caring property manager to serve the community I was going to work for given the opportunity.

Having read numerous reviews from residents expressing frustration about poor management and lack of attention to their concerns, I felt compelled to step forward. I bring over 20 years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of fostering strong relationships with residents, improving property operations, and ensuring communities feel valued and cared for.

It’s disappointing that this company appears to overlook candidates who could address these ongoing challenges and bring real, positive change to the communities they serve.

I hope they reconsider their approach to hiring and prioritize those who are truly committed to making a meaningful difference.

If you're thinking of moving into a rose-life community don't. These people are thieves with a business license. They owe me $1,400 for my security deposit and I have an email saying I was entitled to all of it. I have tried contacting them multiple times in multiple ways and I'm just being ghosted. And if you people at Roselyfe are reading this I want my money. Lord knows I've tried to contact you many other ways and you're just ignoring me. If I could give you negative stars I would. You people are thieves.

Hello, good afternoon, for me they only have zero stars. I am a resident of a property owned by these people. The truth is, the worst rental company that the United States and the world can have. Actually, I am living in one of their apartments and it is the worst thing I have experienced in my life. Everyone always takes it out on the managers and maintenance people. I have personally dealt with maintenance many times and they always try to support me with what they have but you have to think about whether the owners do not provide them with the conditions with which to support the complaints of its guests impossible to deal with so much

It’s been a little over a month I’ve lived at a property managed by Roselyfe and it’s pretty much the worst experience I’ve ever had. Don’t you ever sign a lease with them. Absolutely under qualified staff, shady practices, illegal fees and charges… worst choice I’ve made. And if you have an issue with your property manager, it’s absolutely impossible to talk to a superior. So you either hire a lawyer or you just accept what they impose. We needed a lawyer, a discrimination report on HUD and complaints on BBB to make them fix everything that was done wrong - and illegally.
They shouldn’t be in business, total disrespect for its customers.

Absolute joke of a company. Don't understand how they are still in business but with all of the shady practices they use I'm sure they'll shut down soon enough. Live at a property managed by them in Nashville and from the get go they have been horrible. Moved us into a unit with mold and dirty dishes and trash left inside, an old toilet sitting on our patio, was not fully renovated like we exclusively asked for. They deleted all maintenance requests until we threatened legal action and guess what, next day they came by to address most of the 12, yes 12, issues we had at move in. We are now over a month in and still have windows that have an inch gap at the bottom and do not close or lock allowing water inside and a safety issue. Tried charging my partner pet fees for her ESA after previously approving him and never letting her know she needed an updated letter. Once updated letter provided, the manager said it was fake and refused to speak with the provider to confirm its legitimacy for over a week. Again threatened legal action and what do you know, the fee gets removed. They continually add bogus fees not listed in the lease and make it resident responsibility to get them removed. I feel bad because most of our neighbors are minorities, so I'm sure they get away with these fees for the most part. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES move into a property managed by Roselyfe unless you want your life to become a living hell daily.

Terrible experience from living in one of their properties. Management fights to cover up maintenance requests. Ignores requests, and then deletes them without addressing issues. no accountability due to the fact there is a new office manager ever 4-6 months. The don't care about the condition of their property, and only care about making a dollar. Homeless people sleep in the pool area, the gate to the community has been broken for over a year. Our laundry does not work properly and we get nothing but empty promises to get a replacement. We attempted to reach a resolution with management and they ignored us. We had to file a complaint with the city's code compliance division in order for them to send maintenance to complete any work - over 5 months after our initial request.
