Romy's best quality is she doesn't mince words and tells you up front what you need to do to sell your home. I first met Romy at an open house in 2014 when we were looking to purchase a home in Windsor, CA. We were already working with a different agent, but I was so impressed with Romy's expertise and demeanor, that I vowed if I needed an agent again, it would be her. Fast forward 9 years and we were ready to sell our house in Windsor and move cross-country, so we called up Romy. Romy is the third real agent I've worked with in the buying and selling of homes, and is by far the best and highest quality. Her years of experience make her skilled in the marketplace. She communicates at the right level and helped us every step of the way. She was truly a representative of our wishes. Although she offered her professional opinions, she never pushed them on us and always worked in our best interest and respected what we wanted. Selling a house can be stressful, and even more so while trying to coordinate a cross-country move! I'm not sure I would have survived it without Romy's professional expertise and care for us an individuals. Before we left, she presented us with a lovely framed photo of the house we had sold to hang in our new home. She knew how much it would mean it us after all the memories we had made there with our family and we all cried when we opened it. It was a gift truly as touching and kind as Romy is herself. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her a thousand times over.
