Rohini, was great to deal with. We arrived to Phoenix 2 weeks before we met her. She knew the city in and out and made sure we got the house that met our needs. 1.    Verify Credentials: She thoroughly vet landlords, property managers, and rental agencies before proceeding with any rental inquiries. Verify their credentials, licenses, and reputation.
2.    Used Reputable Listing Platforms: She works with a well-known and reputable listing website for rental properties. She was able to recommend rentals from this site that matched my criteria. Rohini only informed me on trusted rentals to minimize the risk of encountering scammers.
3.    Red Flags: Rohini is an expert in identifying red flags that indicate a rental scam. When I tried to find a rental on my own, I was almost taken for thousands of dollars. Rohini will only work with legitimate landlords to find you a home that fits your needs.
