Really nice Apts. They're upgrading from carpet to grey flooring. That means higher rents, but still a good price. My favorite thing is the large walk-in closet. One complaint; I live in the front which is right on Winter Gardens Blvd. so you constantly hear traffic. But besides that it's great. I love watching the Sun go down over the hills, and the changes of fall and winter on the trees as they go bare, and then burst into beautiful full trees. It's also Pet friendly with a faux lawn just for them. Also a Community room with puzzles, a TV, and games to play. It's a great. Friendly place!
