I’ve had the pleasure of living in one of Rock Properties' apartments for several years now, and I can’t speak highly enough about my experience. I am an apartment renting enthusiast and let me just say, Rock Properties has without a doubt provided me with the best management experience! I actually get excited to pay rent!

One example of their incredible management style is this one time when I was feeling a tad cold in my apartment during the winter. I noticed quickly that my heat was not working so I just dialed up Rock Properties and it was fixed that day! Within the hour! Absolutely incredible! I haven't been cold since!

Interacting with their administrative team is also a blessing. It is like receiving a warm hug from my grandma (in my warm apartment!). They are so responsive and understanding of my needs. This is a property management company run by real people and you can tell.

The absolute worst company to rent from ever impossible to get in contact with anyone all they do is patch stuff up nothing is ever people fixed Jose the manager for 2474 jfk is by far the worst human being I have ever encountered. I have not been living at this address for about 9 months now and they still having closed my account saying I owe them rent but it is impossible to get in contact with someone. This company should be abolished immediately.

I am currently a tenant of rocks property and have never been late on rent. Rocks property is by far the worst management company. You can never get in contact with anyone. Nothing truly gets repaired in the apartments, they simply just put bandaids on any issue. I’ve been dealing with hot water issues and low water pressure since I moved in. Not to mention if you are having an issue with your apartment you can only get an response between the hours of 9am-5pm. Ivan is supposed to be the property manager for the building I live in and I’ve never formally met him. Also if you bring an issue about the current circumstances of your apartment to Ivan be prepared for generic answers and for nothing to get resolved.

Ms. Julie is an exceptional worker. Very courteous & polite to the tenants. If I have an issue Ms. Julie is always there, she responds to our phone calls & emails. She speaks to us with concern & not in a rush to get us off the phone. She’s genuinely concern for the tenants. & being a great team member for Rock Properties. Cozy and quiet neighborhood

I have lived in this building for 2 years and I can say that it is a quiet neighborhood. I sleep peacefully every night, which is very important to me. The quality of service provided by the people who work for the Bermudez apartments has always been excellent. They are ready to help you with any maintenance service or solve any inconvenience.
I highly recommend this place to live. This area has restaurants, mall, supermarkets and shops.
Public transportation is very convenient in this area. There are buses and trains to move within New Jersey and Manhattan.👍🏻🥰
