Gary Robinson was my property manager for many years. This year I moved back into the condo that Gary managed for me. Prior to my move, I lived in L.A. so I relied on Gary 100% for everything concerning my unit. He deserves 10 stars! Absolutely excellent. My tenants loved him because he is so nice and kind (me too). He is honest, professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. He keeps his clients updated at all times. He has your back. He takes care of everything so you don't have to, but you will know every step of the way what he is doing on your behalf. If you need a property manager, choosing Gary Robinson will be an incredibly smart choice. I must sound like a commercial, but I can honestly say that Gary is the best. I highly recommend him.

Property management isn't easy. Given enough time, something will inevitably go wrong with the rental. What you really want from a good property manager is good communication. Gary Robinson is an exceptional communicator. He really wants the owners and the tenants to know what he's doing, why he's doing it, and make sure everyone's good with it. I promise you'll get to a point where you'll just say to him, "Whatever you think is best Gary, do that. I trust you."

Gary Robinson, at Robinson Realty has been our landlord and our buyer’s agent. He went above and beyond for us going through the whole process of renting a home and then transitioning into looking to buy a home and ultimately, buying our first home. He made us feel like we were his only clients and his number one priority, even though behind the scenes he many clients and made them all feel the exact same. He started out as our landlord when we decided to rent a property he was managing and he was very responsive and on top of any repairs that needed fixing and was always a text or a phone call away at any time. Renting this property, he managed to make both the homeowner and us, the renter, feel like his priority, and really made renting from him a delight. When it came time for us to start the home buying process, he was our first choice, even after looking into other realtors. He even advised after we bought our first home and had a 60-day rent-back experience where our seller’s turned renters were giving us a difficult time. He advised us in how best to handle it and stood in our corner as our advocate.
