The longer version... my wife and I live in the Midwest but wanted to buy a home closer to our family. Upon some research, we met with Robert during our first trip to Paso and it was clear he was our guy. We knew no one and had to put our trust in someone we thought could help navigate this challenging purchase from afar.
Opportunities came and went, but when the right one came up, Robert was on it and we ended up buying the house on his recommendation and video only. Once we finally made it out to see what we had purchased, we were absolutely delighted! It was our confidence in him that made this all possible. By the time we would have done all the due diligence, flown to California, etc, the deal would have likely closed with another home owner.
