My siblings and I used Rob to assist in the sale of our grandmother’s house. It was an estate sale of a very old house with numerous issues. From the moment I met Rob, I knew we were in good hands. He went above and beyond and made the entire process much easier for us. There were bumps along the way but Rob always remained very patient, positive and reassuring. He was always in constant contact with us and had our best interest in mind. I will def use Rob in the future! I cant thank him enough for helping us!

Robert is totally amazing. I have been looking for a place to move since May I’ve dealt with three different realtors, and by far Robert is the only one who went above and beyond to take care of his clients needs. Anytime he sent me something that was available he pointed out some of the specific things I was looking for in my new place. There were days I could not make it to a viewing and Robert would say no problem I got you and go there, take a video(like a really good slow video) and send it to me. If I had not taken time off from working with Robert I would’ve found a place way before I did! But thanks to him he found me something that is very accommodating and I am very pleased! In addition, throughout the entire application process, I felt comfortable sharing my information and never doubted the amount of trust I can put on Robert. Robert is stuck with me and my entire family and friends whenever any of us need a place! Thank you Rob!

To summarize my experience in a few words... Rob was my SAVIOR. I only had about month to look for a new apartment before my lease ended and during that month I must have contacted atleast 100 different apartment buildings and agents. Rob was the only one who stuck by me through out the whole process and was persistent to find me some where to live quickly that fit in my budget and I was comfortable with. We had a million different obstacles but Rob was there to navigate us through them the entire step of the way. He truly cares about all of his clients and doing what needs to be done to make sure they have a smile on their face and that’s a very rare thing to find now a days. If your with Rob your in incredible hands. His communication and genuine care for his clients are unmatched and he will work to find you a place your extremely happy with. if I could have gave him 10 stars I would!! I’d HIGHLY recommend him to any of my friends or family. Thanks again Rob !!!

Rob is simply the best! Such a great guy. I was a difficult one and he stayed positive and motivated to make it happen for me. He did! He was so responsive and it showed he really cared, that’s huge. If you don’t use him you’re making a mistake. He’s great! I know if I move again. I’ll be contacting my guy Rob!
