Itza was very personable. Mse a good first impression of D.R. Horton. She was very informative about the incentives DR Horton offered and that enabled me to make a decision on moving forward to apply for the DHI loan.
I have reccomended her to my family and friends,they should come see her, so the can live in a DR Horton home and have Itza take care of them.

Renting from this company, had to be out by the 1st . Can't move out because they won't answer their phone or email I am unable to recover residential history because they have poor management. Just got charged another 900 , I am assuming its rent. It would really help if they had someone to answer questions.
