Kaveh was great in our initial meetings. All the contractors hired were way overpriced. The folks he recommended like the handy-person did sub par work (installing things backwards, then charging me for the extra work. The landscape person did not follow through on trimming & maintaining our yards. He found 2 horrible tenants who destroyed our landscaping, changed the locks on our doors, literally yelled at me when I tried getting quotes for landscaping (with advanced notice & their agreement), they called the police on our new landscapers, violated the terms of the lease, posted horrible things on Nextdoor.com... It was a total nightmare. The tenants complained about everything, demanded that I replace 1-3 year old appliances, and would avoid answering questions honestly. We found staples in the siding of the house from decorations they had hung. What did RNB do? They gaslit me the whole time. I guess it was easier to go along with the terrible tenants behaviors than to actually manage the property correctly. I had to get my lawyer involved because the tenants they got me were that awful. Never again. In his defense, he did tell me that I didn't properly maintain the property. Which I completely disagreed with. Any fixes, I paid thousands of dollars. I did what he asked, when the going got tough, and it was time to evict the tenants at his recommendation, he dropped us as a client. Great follow through.

RNB Property Management is an excellent company to work with.  Their Elk Grove office has been managing property for me for nearly two years, and I just hired the Golden Gate office to manage a unit I own in Novato.  I am happy to say that their level of customer service is consistent between offices.  It is nice to know that there is a company I can rely on in the Bay Area to manage my real estate.  I definitely recommend any of their offices for property management services.

My husband and I just transferred management of an investment home in Mill Valley that we own to RNB Property Management Golden Gate, and so far they have been very nice to work with. We had a bit of an issue with the company we have been working with for years, mainly due to a lack of communication and unexpected fees. I wish we could manage the home ourselves, but as we are not local this is not a possibility. So far RNB has been extremely responsive, and I am glad we made the transition. Fortunately we have a great relationship with our tenants, who were also not happy with our former management company.
