Initial review of RNB - Serenna has been very helpful as we worked to sign our lease from outside the state. My colleague who met her in person reported that she was very nice and helpful. She's promptly answered all our many questions. We haven't moved into the property yet, so I cannot comment on the state of things nor how promptly RNB addresses maintenance issues, etc. I'll update in the future should my rating change.

Update: my landlord wasn’t happy with RNB so we only had one month with them before the landlord changed property management company. Can’t comment on her experience, my initially review still holds given our limited experience.

This management company operates in the high-rent district of the city and county of Sacramento. Market supply and demand dictate what RNB can and cannot do. If you are looking for an inexpensive rental, a drive-by or Craigslist might save you some money. But my role was that of an absentee owner, not a lessee. The management company vetted tenants thoroughly. Utilities, lawn maintenance and minor repairs were handled smoothly without involving the absentee owner. Highly recommended.

RNB Elk Grove team is a group of personnel who are dedicated and responsive. They are currently managing a property of mine . In my opinion, they do a good job in screening the tenants and responding quickly to the needs of both the landlord and the tenants . The customer service is superb.

Haven't really had the time to get to know and deal too much with RNB Property Management but from the time I have dealt with them, I can honestly say they were very prompt, responsive, understanding, and patient I needed some time to get a few things together and was quickly allotted the time to do so. I rented from RNB property management for a year and unfortunately from my experience I rarely ever had a good time being with them, as soon as my contract ended I was really happy because I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore. I stand by my 1 star rating because this property management does things unprofessionally and they do not care, most of my times whenever I was contacted through email or phone they were rude to me. I would stay 1000 feet away from renting here. I'm just being honest.
