I went through the process, seen several places that they had to offer. The staff was very friendly. Great that they accept section 8 voucher but their policies are terrible. I’ve held my voucher for over 30 years and I don’t move around often and I moved out of my place and was ready to move in, first inspection failed, second inspection they missed. Finally a pass inspection and I am not in the unit. I offered to pay full rent and get a credit to the next month rent but their policies. In all my 30 years I’ve never had this issue. I have been displaced for 10 days now. My whole life is in a uhual that’s been costing me daily. I now am on a hunt for another place. This has been a terrible experience. But the silver lining is I still have time left on my voucher to find another place. Merry XMAS to me I hope I can find something before the holidays.

I recently was a tenant of a RNB property home. Upon move out, I expected to receive most of my $2275 deposit back, and with that in mind did my absolute best to clean up before move out. Mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, dusting. It seems they have a “contracted” cleaning company called “Setzer and Sons” (can barely find any info about them on google), anyways was charged $850 by them out of security deposit for “deep cleaning”. They charged an extra $40 for an air filter replacement.when I first moved in had to get a new air filter myself the 1st day due to it not being changed. It seems they have some sort of ties with this “cleaning” company. As I don’t even think they used a cleaning company before I moved in lmao. Stains on the floor, water damage under sinks, chips in doorways. I could go on about RNB and their supposed “cleaners”. I was also charged $300 for a mattress removal for some junk outside of our quadplex that was place there by someone else. Not to mention the worker that welcomed himself to the property a day before move out date, who also broke a blind that I was charged for by their cleaners. Lol.Point is, if you plan on renting a property through RNB, expect them to dig your pockets for your security deposit.

We are soon-to-be tenants, but I have been so impressed by the leasing experience so far that I felt compelled to write a review. We've been working with RNB frequently over the last few weeks, and through every aspect of the process they have been impressively responsive and organized. Special shout-outs to Vanessa Ornelas and Jessica James in the leasing department; they have never been anything but prompt, professional, and helpful. I've leased from over half a dozen firms in my time, and so far RNB has definitely felt like a cut above.

It’s convenient to pay through an online portal and when we finally had issues with appliances (after a year and a half problem free, 2 appliances went in a single day!) they were very prompt in addressing the issue and scheduling repair.

I don’t really want to rent forever but I’m grateful my family is well taken care of when minor things arise- RNB and our property owner have done just that.

RNB is the best property management company/landlords I’ve had in 16 years of renting. I would rent from the company again in a heart beat. The team was responsive to any maintenance issues we encountered, and were quick to communicate between us and the property owner.

We received our security deposit back quickly with all of the required documentation. They didn’t try to nickel and dime us on repairs or wear and tear. Our rent barely increased each year, even though they could have easily charged us more.

My only complaint is that we received a statement for X amount every month, but this didn’t include all of the utility charges. So we were never sure how much money would be taken from our bank account. Not the end of the world, but we almost overdrafted at one point.

I would highly recommend renting from RNB. It’s head and shoulders above any other company I’ve rented from
