Had a great experience touring RiverTrace! The building and amenities are beautiful, and the whole process—from the tour to submitting the application—was smooth and stress-free. Julian from the Leasing team was incredibly helpful, answered all our questions with patience, and made everything easy. Excited to be moving in!

My partner and I have lived at RiverTrace for over 2-Years. Looking to upgrade our space and transfer to a larger unit, Chanelly Gonzalez has made it the smoothest leasing process we have ever had. She is one of the most responsive and helpful leasing professionals that I have ever worked with. We easily were able to wrap up the entire process in a couple of days and not one question or concern I have brought up has gone unanswered or unresolved. Chanelly goes above and beyond and does an excellent job!

The rest of the staff are just as helpful and considerate. The resident manager, Robert, and his team have been able to resolve every maintenance issues I have ever had within a few hours of submitting the problem. They even ordered and installed a brand new washer in 2 days! Additionally, the concierge are fantastic at remembering their residents and organizing packages. Marcus at the front desk even has my packages ready for me to grab before I even get through the entrance!

I cannot recommend RiverTrace enough to anyone looking for an apartment!

Moved here back in September and have absolutely zero complaints. From the maintenance team, to concierge, to the leasing staff, everyone is super helpful. Chanelly in particular was extremely thorough, responsive, kind, and answered all my move in questions. Definitely made my experience seamless!

floors are not clean construction in front of the building make it even worse living now !!!

It has been almost 4 years since I choose this apartment and never thought to leave because of its convenient of location and facility. I strongly recommend to choose this for family who has baby because HMH hospital is so close, facility is barrier-free (important for stroller) and great playroom for kids. I also would like thanks to Chanelly G. and leasing office team for kindness and hospitality mind when I moved within the apartment.

Living here for about 2 years has been such a blessing for me. Rivertrace has done a great job with overall management, and the walking trails and night views around the house are great, and the security is perfect. There are supermarkets nearby, and the transportation is good, so it’s great for going to New York. The staff at Rivertrace are also very friendly, and I would especially like to recommend Alicia Martinez. When I finished living in the US and returned to my hometown, she always kindly informed me of the lease contract process and various moving-related matters, so I was able to return safely. Thank you so much.

I've moved in a month ago. I saw almost 20 other facilities before moving in. So far, so good. Great location, nice, and quiet apartments. Maintenance is also very good. Gray from the leasing office was so helpful for everything both before and after moving! He assessed my needs very well and offered available apartments accordingly.
