My husband and I recently worked with Audrey, and after dealing with a mouse infestation (unrelated to Riverfront Realty), she found us an apt within a couple day's time. She was very easily accessible, quickly responsive, and made it a priority to show us the properties yet again (her suggestion!) for extra comfort in our decision.
She was extremely patient and understanding with our current situation while dealing with our landlord's agent, health dept, and such. And on top of it, she provided extra assistance by giving me a referral on legally knowing my rights for breaking a lease due to unsanitary conditions.
She made sure the place stayed available as long as she could knowing it was my first priority. We were signed within a couple days of getting the green light to break lease with our old apt.
Again with her suggestion, she requested a walk through with us to make sure everything would be to our complete satisfaction before move in. She even noticed things to bring up that I didn't see! A true professional from beginning to end who exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure working with her, would highly recommend!

I could not recommended this office. They placed a tenant in my property who contaminated the building and my apartment with bugs. The tenant was a hoarder. None of this was revealed to me until the rent stopped coming in and I had to go through the eviction process. Audrey recommended a poor attorney and a disastrous contractor.. As a result of this mess, I was forced to sell my property at 50 percent of market value. Beware and go elsewhere.
