Five stars is not enough for Joel and his wife Erin Tvedten at River Rock Realty. If you want someone you can trust to help you with one of your biggest financial decisions and a critical part of your life, these are the folks to go to when looking for a new place to call HOME. They have a long history in the real estate industry, know the area intimately, are easy to work with and have your best interest at heart. This is like having your brother helping you find the perfect place live. Great communicators, fast service and they go above and beyond. I've had a very positive experience renting. Ask for Jamie, she's been wonderful. Maintenance can be disorganized and a hassle to deal with but any issues have been responded to immediately.

There literally the best agency I’ve rented from since I moved out of my moms !!!!! They literally will send someone to fix wat ever the next day or same day !!!!! No excuses in the book !!!
And the property manager David !!!!!! Hesss the G.O.A.T. !!!!! He’s amazing he sticks to he world as long as you do !!!!! You got a problem at 12 am hell respond at 12 am I believe that with all my heart!! He be on it!!

Applied for a home, called multiple times about property nobody Not once did this company call or email me telling me the outcome. Very unprofessional. They would have kept my application fee and never ran my credit if I hadn’t called back. Go the other way. I wouldn’t ever recommended this company to anyone! If I could give this below one start I would.

Not once did this company call or email me telling me the outcome. Very unprofessional. They would have kept my application fee and never ran my credit if I hadn’t called back. Go the other way.
