This is a very well laid out community. The homes are nice and the builder, DR Horton, is offering great upgrades and incentives right now. The sales staff is very nice and extremely eager to please. I can't wait to see how this community grows because it feels like a community done right.

This has been the best home buying experience we’ve had! From Jose at the sales office being amazing to Louie’s professionalism and amazing work. We are super happy with our new beautiful home! Everyone we’ve interacted with has been super nice and helpful. The neighborhood is beautiful! We are happy we get to call this place our home!

Multiple promises made for things to be in order by the time we closed and deadlines weren’t met . Even after the original closing deadline being pushed back by 9 days . Would not recommend singing on your final walk through until every single thing on your list is fixed . Regardless of any “promise” made. If you have the little bit of extra money and time would not recommend buying in this subdivision of DR horton . Current issues that were not fixed but “promised” to be fixed
- trim on cabinets
-paint in multiple rooms
-grout and paint on the new tile floors throughout
-Caulking throughout sloppy and not done correctly.
-Caulking and paint on the new granite counter tops .
-Glazing beads lifting in new windows / windows scratched and not replaced .
-Multiple mix matched grout colors through the house .
Honestly the list goes on and on . These are just the most frustrating items of buying a brand new never lived in home . Again , would highly recommend not signing off on your final walk through if everything is not corrected before you sign on a $430,000.00 loan with this company.

Someone finally came out to address everything . Dave has been great and seems like a man of his word . Finally someone who can communicate and start making stuff happen . I’ll update again

Have continued to find more and more issues throughout the home . 3rd warranty schedule has came and went with no one showing up or calling yet again . This company is trash . Only 50 more days and my ROC claim will be able to be processed . Thank god . Steer clear of these con artists .
