This is the first review I've ever written. So this says a lot about how I'm feeling. Let me first state that I love the view from my apartment, the front desk staff are amazing and the cleaning/matiness staff are wonderful. That being said today I got trapped in one of the elevators for 20 minutes. The elevators have been broken for several weeks with no resolution in site. You would think that someone from upper management would reach out to apologize for this inconvenience, but nothing. So now in a building of 25 floors, only 1 of 3 elevators is working. Along with the garage elevator, which hasn't worked for months. It's sad that I feel like I need to look for a new place to call home. I have been a loyal tenet for 4 years. I expect better!

I’ve been living here since 2016. For the most part it’s been a positive experience. Although management has changed a few times throughout the years, some people have been working here for a long time who I became friendly with and can say has made living here better.

Mark at the front desk (concierge manager) is the best! He is always looking out, helping out, always smiling and friendly. We appreciate him! He’s really a good guy.

Orville, the maintenance manager is another staff member who is non stop working hard. We love and appreciate him.

Saul, new to Riello maintenance has been making sure we get things fixed in our apartment- glad he’s here to help out.

I lived at the Riello for 3 years and it was such a great experience. I made a lot of friends while there. I was a single mom and lived right off the lobby. I felt so safe thanks to the concierges. One concierge stood out above the rest, Mark Slater became like family and helped me out constantly. He would ALWAYS go above and beyond to help out the residents. The hardest part of moving out were not seeing the neighbors and Mark everyday. Mark is one of the biggest contributors to why the building was so awesome to live in.

My family and I have lived in the Riello for the past 3 years. We really enjoy the building, the amenities and great neighbors. The one employee who always stands out and goes above and beyond is Mark Slater from the front desk. He is by far the most friendly and helpful concierge, always willing to help out with packages and groceries and whatever else we need.
Another exceptional employee is Sean Freeman from management. She follows through on any minor or major issues that we have had.

I have lived at the Riello for 10 years now and although there has been some up years and some odd years here....Overall, I love love love my apartment. I have enjoyed my time here and especially love having a doorman! One in particular that stands out is Marc Slater. He is always available and goes above and beyond for anything we need! For beautiful views of the city and lots of closet space I recommend this building !

We have enjoyed living at the Riello for almost 4 years. The community is great and the majority of residents are very respectful. The staff is very accommodating and willing to listen to any of your needs, especially Mark Slater. Mark is always available to address any concerns or just have a friendly chat.

I lived in Riello for about 2.5 yrs and the experience was not so perfect. I really do believe with the right management, this building has so much potential in the future. With that being said, one of my positive experience living here was due to the front desk staff, MARK SLATER. He is genuinely a nice person who's always willing to help out. It's not easy to be taking care of all the residents with a smile, but he always did. He's definitely the heart of Riello.
