Horrible experience.
Overpriced for outdated apartments. After our year lease our rent was increased drastically. There is no parking and they will tow your car. Homeless people are scavenging through the trash bins at night. Had a leak and the bathroom was never fully repaired for months. The parts of the repair were just left on our balcony too. Brandon is extremely rude and not helpful. We finally moved out and they charged us for everything. You can see the bathroom the day we moved out.

I absolutely love living in this apartment complex. The management here is top-notch, always attentive to our needs and incredibly helpful. My boyfriend and I have been living here for a year now and honestly we love these apartments. We used to live on the third floor and decided half way in our lease we couldn’t walk up those stairs any longer 😭 plus we had another baby on the way and wanted to make things easier. Mariya helped us through the entire process. She is literally the best! So helpful and always there if we needed anything. We really wanted a first floor with a garage and mariya didn’t disappoint us. We upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bath and we have so much more space now. We’re happy with the layout! We couldn’t thank mariya enough for helping us and moving us in so quickly to our new place.

The application process was handled very beautifully by Jessica McDowell. I am so thankful for all her hard work to help me and my children lock in our apartment. She made the process easy and less stressful. I really enjoyed working with her during the process. The apartments are beautiful and located in the perfect area near all shopping centers. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars to the apartment complex is because of limited guess passes for parking per month. I wasn’t aware of that detail until after I signed my lease. Other than that small detail, everything else has been wonderful and Jessica has been amazing.

Jessica was very helpful and answered all my questions and took the time to take me on a tour of all the apartments or units that I wanted to look at and showed me all of the amenities. She just made the experience very comfortable and easy-going. The apartments are really nice and everybody in the office was very helpful.

I've lived in this unit for 5 years and starting in January 2024 my unit starting having regular emergency water shut offs where the heating system and hot water would not work. Management gaslight me til today by sending out different maintenance personnel to look at but never permanently repair the problem. I went for as long as 3 days without heat and hot water multiple times. I was ignored, pushed to the back burner and needless to say I've had enough. This place is trash. There's a lot more but I'll stop here. Move here at your own risk!

The unit was decent at first. A day after moving in, before we could even unpack I noticed there was a bug problem. We had issues with ants, roaches, and crickets. The fridge was really loud and annoying but we were told that it was normal. Also, the breezeways could use some pressure washing as the outside looks dirty. I think the fees they charged upon move out were ridiculous and just a way for them to make money so please beware. The maintenance guys were great to us and made sure that all of our issues were handled in a timely manner. The people in the office are also nice but unfortunately being nice doesn't make up for the issues in the unit.
