Overall it is good to live here. The front gate has been an issue as it is not working half the time. Also, the people with pets really don't care after their pets and leave "surprises" on the grasses between the buildings. The rent keeps going up by about $150 a month every lease and it is challenging for working families to afford to live here.

EV Charging stations or allow us to get an extension cord with bigger wire than any other extension cord so that is wouldn't get hot and cause a fire. You can purchase one at home depot you just have to go to the electrical cage and ask the employee to cut you how much you need to reach your car. Other apartments allow there tenants to run an extension to charge there car. I also asked if they were going to install any soon, I was told property owners currently have no plans to invest in electric car charging on the property in the foreseeable future. I really hope this changes soon with the new right to charge law in California.

Visited on Sunday for a tour which we were able to schedule on short notice the night before. Staff was very nice and answered all of our questions. The unit was beautiful and the area seems nice. Submitted an application last night and the portal was very easy to use. Still waiting to hear back on approval.

Ridgecrest Apartments is a great place overall. Maintenance crew is very professional and friendly and gets the job done within a quick turn around time and very thorough. Leasing Management is responsive with active listening and very accommodating. Overall, I consider Ridgecrest to be more of an apartment home setting with its open concept layout and modern features while still providing privacy within a friendly community.

Been living at Ridgecrest for 3.5 years and it’s been the best apartment I’ve lived in. Above and beyond everything else the maintenance team is phenomenal, these guys really are what makes these apartments as great as they are. They are super responsive, and on repairs and care of the facilities, plus they’re just great people. So why only 4/5 stars? Well the units are a little underwhelming from an efficiency perspective on the heating and cooling system, I’ve taken to being comfortable a bit cold or a bit hot to save myself from a monster electric bill.

We lived here for 2 years and we agree that it is the best apartments we have ever lived in. We lived in a 1 and 2 bedroom both and would still be living there is they offered a 3 bedroom. The maintenance staff and management are always very responsive with any concerns or issues that we had. If I had to say anything that was "bad" would be parking later in the day but that is an issue just about anywhere in SoCal.
