This place is like a hidden gem. Was recommended from Blossom in Toms River before he retired and couldn't be more pleased. The service has been great and the people we've dealt with have been very nice. My husband even bought me a new light weight leaf blower that's way better than our other one. Will definitely be going there from now for all my lawn equipment.

We just rented chairs for my daughter's birthday party. It was a nice experience using this rental service good price easy pick up and drop off chairs folded & nicely stacked. My issue was that after the party there was white paint all over my home and tile and wood floors. I found that they paint the chairs to make them look clean and white and to cover rust. On inspection there is GLOBS of white paint on each foot of the 20 chairs! When people sit, the weight of the chairs left deep paint scuffs all over my home. I had my gone professionally cleaned prior so it's especially upsetting that they would leave that much paint on the feet of the chairs. I had to use a razor blade and scrub so hard to get the paint off my floors. I told an employee after dropping them off. Hopefully i hear back from someone regarding this. Otherwise it would have been a great experience. Just check the feet before placing these chairs inside your home or property.

Dropped my mower off going on 3 weeks and have yet to even get a call from them. I called them they told me they ordered a part and that was it they never asked if I agree to spend the money or anything. They told me it would be done in a week and that was July 24th. I called and got no answer today. Would be nice if they communicated better instead im sitting here knowing nothing and borrowing my neighbors ride on.

Not to many places still will repair small lawn movers , but Richard's Sales Center took my mower in that I let go to long with my gas in it. They fixed it in a week and the charge was very reasonable which included it servicing. Now it seems to me that it starts easier and runs better than before, almost like new ! THANKS RICHARD'S SALES & SERVICE! I HIGHLY recommend them to any yard equipment or repair or service!

Your team put up tents for me on two different occasions in June. Both times they were amazing. My issue is I give the guys a nice tip after they put them up thinking they were going to be taking them down. My wife said different guys came the day after. Hope everyone is getting taken care of. Honestly, I wish I could give them zero stars. We live right next door to Richards and they burn treated pallets every winter. I understand the need for supplemental heat, but it literally makes it so hard to breathe and multiple neighbors and I have expressed our concerns to the Bayville location several times. We all have small children, some with asthma, which the smell has sent the one child to the hospital several times with asthma attacks. They told us they would stop, but they haven’t. It gets worse every year. We have spent $3,000 with them, renting stuff for our wedding. I thought they would have some respect, but they have no care or consideration for the neighborhood or their customers.

We normally rent chairs and tables from them for the holidays. Always accommodating and reasonable. We've also rented items for birthday parties, like cotton candy machine etc. Prices are very reasonable I think.
